Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated NPD Engineer to join our product development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and launching new products from concept to production. This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams.
• Prepare and review 3D models, drawings, BOMs using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and product testing.
• Coordinate with suppliers for tooling, components, and materials.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and development reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
