Job Description

Lead and support new product development projects involving forging processes (hot, warm, or cold forging).
Collaborate with design teams to ensure product manufacturability through forging.
Select appropriate forging equipment and tooling for new components.
Develop forging process parameters and validate through trials and simulations.
Oversee prototyping, testing, and evaluation of forged parts.
Coordinate with tool design, die manufacturing, and heat treatment teams.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations on forging-related issues.
Implement cost-effective and efficient forging methods.
Work with quality and production teams to ensure process capability and part conformance.
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
