NPD - Graphic Designer

Core responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design:

Create visual concepts, logos, layouts, and illustrations for various applications in footwear such as ladies wear ,mens wear, kids wear etc..

• Collaborate:

Work with internal team and cross-functional teams, such as manual designers, project management team ,commercialisation and production team to understand project requirements and timely completion.

• Produce and refine:

Prepare and edit final designs using software and other tools, making amendments based on feedback from the team lead.

• Ensure brand consistency:

Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms by using consistent design principles, color schemes, and typography.

• Manage projects:

Schedule projects, manage deadlines, and ensure designs are created within budget.

Required skills

• Technical skills:

  Proficiency in design software like Corel draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc..

• Design principles:

  A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles is essential to create impactful visuals.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication skills are needed to explain ideas with teams.

• Creativity:

  The ability to brainstorm and develop new and innovative ideas and concepts.

• Attention to detail:

  A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality, accurate, and visually appealing final products.

• Time management:

  The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
