Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Create visually stunning and effective designs for a variety of print and packaging materials, including but not limited to labels, boxes, and promotional materials.
Use industry-standard software to develop and refine design concepts.
Ensure that designs meet brand guidelines and project specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a printing and packaging environment.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong understanding of print production processes and materials.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
