NPD Engineer AND SALES

Job Summary: The NPD Executive is responsible for leading and supporting the development of new products from concept to launch. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing timelines, and ensuring all products meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new product ideas based on market trends and customer feedback. Manage product development lifecycle – from concept, feasibility, testing, prototyping, to launch. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Production teams. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking. Source new materials, packaging, and vendors as needed. Ensure product compliance with industry and legal regulations. Track project milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
