We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be well-versed in accounting principles, and possess a solid understanding of financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets. Reconcile bank statements and monitor company bank accounts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes. Support external audits and coordinate with auditors. Maintain and update asset registers and depreciation schedules. Process accounts payable and receivable. Manage payroll and related reporting if required. Job Summary: The NPD Executive is responsible for leading and supporting the development of new products from concept to launch. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, managing timelines, and ensuring all products meet quality, cost, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Generate and develop new product ideas based on market trends and customer feedback. Manage product development lifecycle – from concept, feasibility, testing, prototyping, to launch. Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Production teams. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking. Source new materials, packaging, and vendors as needed. Ensure product compliance with industry and legal regulations.
