Non-Technical Apprentice

As an Apprentice Trainee in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team at Ambuja Neotia, you will be part of a 1-year structured training program that offers hands-on training, industry exposure, and an enriching learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer relationships by engaging effectively, providing timely assistance, and resolving issues. - Prepare documentation, consolidate data, and generate reports. - Analyze customer data to discover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with different teams to align strategies and optimize the customer journey. - Participate in training sessions, reviews, and evaluations during the training period. - Support the department in the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects. Qualification Required: - Graduated in 2022 or later. - Less than 1 year of work experience. - Open to Diploma holders, Graduates (Non-Technical), or equivalent qualifications. - Candidates pursuing or holding a Master's degree are not eligible for this position.,
