Non-Technical Apprentice

As an Apprentice Trainee at Ambuja Neotia in the CRM team, you will be part of a 1-year structured training program that provides hands-on training, industry exposure, and a valuable learning experience. Key Responsibilities: - Managing customer relationships by engaging effectively, providing timely assistance, and resolving issues. - Handling documentation, data preparation, consolidation, and report generation. - Analyzing customer data to discover trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities. - Collaborating with different teams to align strategies and enhance the customer journey. - Participating in training sessions, reviews, and evaluations as required. - Supporting the department in the day-to-day operations of ongoing projects. Eligibility Criteria: - Graduated in 2022 or later. - Less than 1 year of work experience. - Open to Diploma holders, Graduates (Non-Technical), or equivalent qualifications. - Candidates pursuing or holding a Master's degree are not eligible for this position.,
