As a Lead Recruiter at Booking Holdings, you will play a crucial role in shaping experiences, building trust, and enabling growth through connecting talent to opportunity. This senior individual contributor position requires you to be a strategist and hands-on leader in a global, cross-cultural environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead complex business by working closely with the leadership team to expand and hire the best talent. - Manage senior searches end-to-end, designing and executing complex hiring processes with creativity, independence, and speed. - Shape seamless, inclusive, and respectful experiences for candidates and hiring managers. - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders through insight, delivery, and credibility. - Mentor recruiters to enhance team capability without formal people management responsibilities. - Collaborate globally with colleagues in the US and Europe, bringing cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural intelligence to interactions. - Utilize technology effectively by leveraging AI tools, sourcing platforms, and data insights to enhance decision-making and accelerate results. - Proactively build pipelines for future talent needs by mapping markets and talent pools. - Analyze trends, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies for business leaders. - Navigate ambiguity with agility, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of recruiting experience in global organizations, with a track record of delivering senior-level hires. - Proficiency in Google Suite for building presentations, reporting, and data analysis. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute recruiting strategies. - Tech-savviness and curiosity about utilizing AI and new tools for smarter and more inclusive recruiting. - Strong focus on candidate and hiring manager experience with a reputation for building trust. - Comfort in managing ambiguity and the agility to prioritize, pivot, and deliver at pace. - Strong commercial acumen to connect talent conversations to business impact.
