Job Description

As a Lead Recruiter at Booking Holdings, you will play a crucial role in shaping experiences, building trust, and enabling growth through strategic recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for mentoring recruiters, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving critical senior hiring across all business units in India up to Director level. Your role involves connecting people and business for Non Tech roles, guiding leaders, and shaping the future of the organization through every hire. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and collaborate with the leadership team to expand and hire the best talent, working on complex business requirements. - Design and execute end-to-end senior searches independently with creativity, speed, and efficiency. - Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and respectful experience for candidates and hiring managers. - Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders through insight, delivery, and credibility. - Mentor recruiters to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Partner with global colleagues, leveraging cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural intelligence. - Utilize technology effectively, including AI tools and data insights, to improve decision-making and accelerate results. - Proactively map markets and talent pools to build pipelines for future business needs. - Analyze trends, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategies for business leaders. - Navigate ambiguity with agility, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of recruiting experience in global organizations, with a track record of delivering senior-level hires. - Proficiency in Google Suite for presentations, reporting, and data analysis. - Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders with credibility. - Experience operating in complex, cross-cultural environments and adapting to different leadership styles. - Tech-savviness and curiosity about using AI and new tools to enhance recruiting practices. - Focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, with a reputation for building trust. - Comfort in managing ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results at pace. - Ability to mentor recruiters and elevate team capability without direct line responsibility. - Commercial acumen to connect talent conversations to business impact.
