Job Description -:
We are seeking a Moderate Level candidate to join our team in Non-Motor Insurance Operations. The ideal Candidate will have a strong understanding of Non - Motor General Insurance Products , Including underwriting ,claim handling, operations and support Daily operations .
Key Responsibilities:
Non-Motor Operations:
Manage operations related to non-motor insurance lines (property, health, marine, fire, etc.) or support services (warehousing, logistics, etc.) depending on industry.
Ensure timely processing of documentation, policy issuance, and claims (in insurance), or non-vehicular assets/processes in other industries.
Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance with service standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations and other related field.
2+ years of experience in motor/non-motor operations ( Freshers can apply ).
Strong knowledge of operational workflows, compliance requirements, and industry-specific tools.
