Position: NON-IT Recruiter – Manufacturing Sector (Bulk Hiring)

We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for manufacturing roles, especially:

• CNC / VMC Machine Operators
• CNC / VMC Programmers
• Production, Quality, and Maintenance roles

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2+ years of relevant recruitment experience in Manufacturing / Engineering hiring
✔ Strong sourcing capability through social media, references, and job portals
✔ Must have an active database of CNC/VMC talent
✔ Ability to onboard 10–15 candidates per month
✔ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
✔ Must work from our KPHB Office, Hyderabad
