Job Description

R Systems is looking for an experienced Node.js Developer with strong expertise in MongoDB to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js.
Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and performance optimization.
Integrate APIs with front-end applications and third-party services.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills:

4–8 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
Strong experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing, and optimization).
Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
Understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Asynchronous programming, Promises, and Event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
Basic understanding of Docker, AWS, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
Experience in TypeScript or NestJS framework is an advantage.
