Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 10 years of experience in NMS Testing with FCAPS, located in Chennai/Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and experience working with NMS/EMS domain.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough testing of NMS systems to ensure they meet required standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to fault, configuration, accounting, and provisioning.
Develop and execute test cases for performance monitoring and other areas of testing.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues.
Participate in agile methodologies and contribute to process improvements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of NMS testing with FCAPS, including testing of band B2/B3.
Experience in the NMS/EMS domain, with a focus on FCAP working experience.
Familiarity with performance monitoring and other areas of testing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent is preferred; a Master's degree in Technology (M.Tech) or MCA is an added advantage.
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
