Job Description

Handle passenger queries related to bookings, boarding, dropping points, delays, and general travel information. Attend inbound calls and provide accurate, polite, and timely assistance. Make outbound calls when required for confirmation or follow-ups. Perform data entry work such as updating passenger details, call logs, feedback, and complaints in Excel/Google Sheets. Record and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned team in a proper format. Maintain daily reports and ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with operations staff during night hours for smooth service. Follow company SOPs and communication guidelines.
