Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic telecallers to join our team. The main role involves calling passengers who have recently traveled by bus to gather their feedback and reviews, resolve complaints, and contribute to improving service quality. This is a great opportunity for freshers or women looking to restart their careers in a comfortable and supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Contact passengers over phone to collect their reviews and complaints. Provide assistance and follow-up on complaints to make sure they are resolved. Communicate in a clear, courteous, and empathetic manner. Maintain records of calls and update the team with progress.
