Next.js Lead Developer

• We are hiring Next.js Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using Next.js and React.js.
• Design and implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to define and implement technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices, code review processes, and development standards for the team.
• Optimize application performance, scalability.
• Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct code reviews and technical sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years in Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js 13/14 App Router, SSR, SSG, and API Routes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Material UI.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and accessibility.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to backend development using Node.js/Express.js or NestJS.

Soft Skills

• Ability to lead by example and promote a collaborative team culture.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
