Job Description

Role- NPD Quality

Experience - 10+ Years

Please Note ORC Management Experience Must have

Key Responsibilities

1. NPD Support

Develop and implement health status for NPD projects.
Define
NPD process requirements
and acceptance criteria for new products.
Ensure quality considerations are integrated at each phase of the product development lifecycle (concept, design, prototype, validation, launch

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with
design, development, manufacturing, and supplier quality teams
to ensure NPD gateway requirements are understood and met.
Represent NPD quality at project reviews and decision gates

3. Documentation

Support development and approval of gateway plans and other documentation formats.
Oversee NPD gateway documentations for all the projects and management records

4. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement (ORC management)

Lead
root cause analysis
(e.g., 8D problem solving) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
Help Identifying root causes and implement fixes to prevent repeat failures.
Drive continuous improvement of NPD quality processes and outcomes.

5. Team Leadership

Lead the NPD quality team for all the platforms.
