Job Title: Manager – New Product Development (Pharmaceutical)

• Strong knowledge of formulation development and process optimization.
• Good understanding of cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of successful product launches.
• Timely completion of development projects.
• Cost efficiency in product design and scale-up.
• Regulatory approval success rate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Chemistry or related field)
• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in formulation development / NPD in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
• Preferred Exposure: Oral solid dosage forms / Injectables / Nutraceuticals / Ointments (as per company focus).
