Job Description

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical designs. Work on 3D product designs and specifications in coordination with external designers/mould suppliers. Conduct feasibility analysis for new glass bottle/jar concepts based on production, decoration, and packaging limitations. Coordinate with mold vendors and plant operations for prototyping and sampling. Lead and document the trial process for new products, ensuring timely delivery and quality adherence. Evaluate and suggest packaging, decoration (foiling, printing, etc.), and closure options for new SKUs. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all new product development processes and learnings. Stay updated with market trends and competitors to introduce innovative packaging solutions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
