Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and business development skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales executives (if applicable).
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Ensure market penetration and business expansion.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in B2C/B2B sales (preferably BFSI, FMCG, or Telecom).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven.
  • Local market knowledge is a plus.
