Identify and drive growth opportunities through new business initiatives, M&A, JV and strategic partnerships including deal sourcing, due diligence, cross-functional alignment with Company's strategy.
1. Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.
2. Conduct market intelligence, competitive benchmarking and industry analysis.
3. Build business case and feasibility studies to support new initiatives.
4. Develop strategic partnerships to enhance value propositions.
1. Lead end-to-end M&A and JV processes including strategy development, target identification, financial modelling and valuation.
2. Manager and coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational and commercial functions.
3. Drive deal structuring, negotiations and closing in collaborations with legal, finance and leadership team.
Oversee integration planning and execution post-transaction to ensure synergy realization.
