Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Networks and Security Manager, located in Pune. The Networks and Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing network security, administering network systems, ensuring information security, and designing network architecture. Responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure, implementing security protocols, and managing cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and resources. The Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless operation and security of the company's networks.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Security and Cybersecurity
• Experience in Network Administration and Network Architecture
• Strong knowledge of Information Security
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in managing and securing enterprise-level networks
