Job Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience (3 to 5 years)
Other qualifications, certifications and work experience within the IT domain may be considered
Experience in SRE, Cloud technical support, Cloud operations, or NOC
Experience with Linux System Administration, Networking, Storage, Compute, and Virtualization
Knowledge of or experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Chef and /or Puppet
Knowledge of or experience in Oracle red stack components like IDM, Webcenter, Weblogic, OHS, OBIEE, and/or BPM
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Able to work flexible hours Sunday through Saturday (9.00 PM - 6.00 AM IST Shift)

Excellent communication skills, in terms of being able to deliver technical and functional knowledge and solutions to management and customer support personnel, including the ability to provide feedback to both technically aware and non-technically aware co-workers.

Open to working alternate shifts, our team operates on a 24 x 7 schedule
