The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions, developing instructional materials, and providing ongoing support to trainees. Day-to-day tasks include creating training plans, conducting training sessions, assessing trainee performance, and offering customer service to ensure learner satisfaction. The role also includes collaborating with other team members to ensure the effectiveness of training programs.
