Job Description

Role Overview: As a Networking Analyst at NTT DATA, your main responsibility will be to provide L2 technical guidance in activities associated with identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets. You will be required to participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks for clients and ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures.
