Job Description

Role Overview: As a Networking Analyst at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing L2 technical guidance in activities related to the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets. Your role will involve recognizing, researching, isolating, resolving issues, and following up on the necessary steps. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure, ensuring smooth communication and support. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks for clients, making you a key player in ensuring network functionality. It is essential to have a sound knowledge of ITIL best practices, especially around Incident and Request Management procedures.
