Networking Analyst

As a Networking Analyst at NTT DATA in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India, you will play a crucial role in providing L2 technical guidance for resolving reported tickets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported tickets with a focus on recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. - Acting as a liaison between clients and different departments within the client infrastructure. - Utilizing your troubleshooting knowledge to implement and maintain Cisco networks for clients. - Installing Cisco networks and ensuring their smooth operation. - Applying sound knowledge of ITIL best practices related to Incident and Request Management procedures. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduation is a must, with a preference for a BTech/BE or any other technical degree. - Possess good communication, comprehension, and writing skills. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts with a 24x7 support window.
