Job Description

Exp : 4yrs to 12yrs


Location: Hyderabad/Noida


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot

    Avaya voice infrastructure

    including

    Avaya Aura Communication Manager

    ,

    Session Manager

    , and

    System Manager

  • Support

    VoIP and TDM

    technologies in a multi-site environment
  • Monitor and maintain

    voice gateways

    ,

    SBCs

    ,

    IVR systems

    , and

    call routing

  • Handle

    MACD

    requests (Move/Add/Change/Delete) and user provisioning
  • Collaborate with telecom providers and internal teams to ensure uptime and performance
  • Work on

    incident resolution

    ,

    capacity planning

    , and

    SIP trunking

Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in

    Avaya Aura

    ,

    CM

    ,

    SMGR

    ,

    Session Manager

    ,

    CMS

    , and

    Modular Messaging

  • Strong understanding of

    VoIP protocols

    ,

    SIP

    ,

    H.323

    ,

    QoS

    , and

    network fundamentals

  • Experience with

    call center solutions

    ,

    voice recording systems

    , and

    troubleshooting call flows

  • Familiarity with

    ticketing systems

    and

    ITIL practices

  • Avaya certifications (ACSS, ACIS)

    are a plus
