Network Trainee

As a Network Trainee at Softtrix in Mohali, Punjab, you will be a part of the IT/Network Operations department on a full-time on-site basis, with a training stipend provided. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to live projects to develop a strong foundation in networking and IT infrastructure. Your role involves assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks, supporting the management of firewalls and security devices, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic issues, implementing security protocols, and documenting network configurations and procedures. Collaboration with IT and infrastructure teams is essential for ongoing network operations. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of network setup and hardware configuration, familiarity with firewalls, routers, and related security tools, the ability to troubleshoot networking issues, knowledge of network security protocols, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn in a professional IT environment. The eligibility criteria include a degree in B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with 1 year of experience preferred but freshers are also encouraged to apply. This position offers full-time, permanent, and internship job types, along with health insurance and provident fund benefits. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday in the morning at the Mohali, Punjab office location. Immediate joiners are preferred for this in-person role.,
