Job Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Head to lead the IT department at our Head Office in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, team leadership, network security, and system administration. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to all departments. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the IT team and all IT operations Ensure network security and data protection Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT needs Implement and upgrade systems and software as required Monitor system performance and report on metrics Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills Expertise in system administration, network setup, and IT infrastructure Hands-on experience with servers, firewalls, backups, and cybersecurity Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Employment Type: Full-time Work Days: Monday to Saturday Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
