Job Description

Firewall Administration Routing & Switching Must have experience firewall configuration & trouble shooting. Good understanding of (Static, Dynamic) Routing, Switching and Wireless Networks. Ability to resolve issues within the SLA and work on the daily tickets and requests. Good communication skills, willing to work in shift and team. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot. Record technical issues and solutions. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Help to create technical documentation and manuals. IT Service Delivery - Providing ultimate ownership and responsibility for end-to-end service delivery activities (as per role defined), deliverable with quality & customer experience. Responsible as a Function/activity member, ensuring that information technology capabilities continually support the overall business's goals and objectives & Ability to identify and address performance/technical issues
