As a Network Engineer, your role will involve designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the network infrastructure for our customers. You will be an integral part of the Support Engineering Team, working on developing scalable, maintainable, and highly available network architectures that align with business objectives and Customer SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS - Perform network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations - Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability - Provide Level-2/3 support for issue resolution - Adhere to configuration and change management policies - Implement security tools, policies, and procedures - Collaborate with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution - Manage customer support tickets and communicate updates through NOC Qualifications Required: - Proven hands-on experience in network engineering - CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP preferred) - Deep understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS - Solid knowledge of the OSI or TCP/IP model - Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools - University degree in Computer Science or related field Please note, this is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 1 year of work experience is required. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Ghaziabad for work.,
