Network Support Engineer

Position: Network Support Engineer (US Timings-Night Shift)
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Experience: 2–5 years

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Network Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting network and communication systems for our global clients. This role is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning. Furthermore, ready to work in US Timings (night shift).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for network and communication systems (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance.

Collaborate with senior engineers to implement solutions and system upgrades.

Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in network support or IT infrastructure.

Basic understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network configuration.

Knowledge of satellite or communication technologies is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ will be an added advantage.
