Job Responsibilities

Monitor network systems and ensure smooth operations.

Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.

Respond to alerts and manage incident tickets.

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Escalate complex issues and coordinate with vendors.

Maintain documentation and communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).

Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

Problem-solving ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are an added advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
