Role Overview: As a Network Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide first level support for network outages and network-related projects. You will be required to demonstrate expertise in networking concepts and work with various networking products like Cisco, Brocade, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Wifi devices. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking with a focus on LAN/WAN & Security - Hold a Bachelor's Degree and possess Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP - Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Fortigate UTM, and implementation of these devices - Deep knowledge and proven expertise in networking products such as Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wifi devices (Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba) - Proficiency in networking concepts including IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, TI/T3/ E1, VoIP, VPN tunnels - Provide 24x7 L1 network operational support, conduct infrastructure audits, configure security policies/VPNs - Troubleshoot and monitor network systems to minimize production downtime and achieve SLAs - Establish effective communication with stakeholders and support teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking with LAN/WAN & Security focus - Bachelor's Degree - Cisco Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP - Experience with Cisco Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Fortigate UTM - Knowledge of networking concepts and products like Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wifi devices - Understanding of IPLCs, Leased Lines, MPLS, VoIP, VPN tunnels Please note that the job description did not include any additional details about the company.
