Job Description

Outpace Consulting is hiring experienced candidates for an International Voice Support Process in the Consumer Electronics & Retail domain.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, prior international BPO voice process experience, and the ability to deliver professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to consumer electronics and retail.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain customer interaction records and follow process guidelines.
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate candidates only.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA.
• Approximate in-hand salary: ₹27,000–₹32,000 per month.
• Transport: Both-side cab facility / transport allowance (as applicable).
• Shifts: Rotational shifts.

Actual salary and benefits will depend on the candidate's profile and applicable company policies.
