Network Support Engineer

Introduction

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Manage and resolve L1/L2 tickets within SLAs in a NOC environment.
• Perform routing/switching troubleshooting (OSPF, BGP, VLANs).
• Support firewall configurations, VPNs, and security policies.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation, logs, and knowledge base updates.
  

Preferred Education

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on NOC/network support experience.
• Strong knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls. (PaloAlto/ Cisco)
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix, etc.).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA, Network+.
• Experience with SD-WAN or cloud networking.
