Ability to understand network infrastructure
Knowledge in Static routing, Default routing, CCNA, or Equivalent certification preferred
Must have Hands on experience configure network device and IOS management (L2, VLAN, Routing, WAN and LAN deep knowledge
Manage all network incidents,
Analyze ping and track reports and provide necessary and accurate information.
Coordinate with Incident managers and help to isolate the Network problems.
Assess the Production Impact and inform Shift In charge
Send P1 Ticket Information to all as per Escalation Matrix
Escalate calls not closed within SLA to all notified persons as per escalation Matrix
Vendor coordination for warranty calls
Generate Daily/Weekly Report and send to Customer
Provide data for Monthly MIS (Executive Summary)
The engineer will perform activity to configure systems as per required image.
Monitor the Helpdesk tool bin for the assigned tickets and give L1 support to resolve the tickets.
In case tickets are not resolved within reasonable time say 30 min, the same needs to be update to helpdesk to align onsite engineer for the same.
