  :- 24/7 Support, Rotational shifts (day Shift and Night shift) any 9hrs, 6 days(Alternate 5days)

JD-

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, and related devices).
• Troubleshoot routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, Spanning Tree, etc.).
• Optimize and fine-tune network performance to ensure efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network-related incidents and outages.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support for both internal and external customers.
• Implement, test, and document network configurations and settings.
• Assist with network infrastructure upgrades and hardware/software deployments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topologies, and performance metrics.
• Apply security best practices to the network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and network access controls.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal security policies.
• Work closely with other IT teams (e.g., Systems, Security, Helpdesk) to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and support staff.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new network solutions.
• Interface with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure network services are delivered according to agreed-upon standards and SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide network insights and recommendations.
