Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L1/L2 support for core networking issues.
Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform troubleshooting for network faults and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and support IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), DNS, and DHCP configurations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams for network upgrades and implementations.
Participate in rotational
night shifts
to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Document all network incidents and resolutions accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:
Valid
Cisco CCNA Certification
.
Strong hands-on experience with
routers, switches, and firewalls
.
Solid understanding of
DNS, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6 addressing
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
free from mother tongue influence (MTI) and grammatical errors.
Experience working in a
night shift environment
