Role Overview: As a Network Support Analyst at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for providing L2 technical guidance in activities related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets. Your role will involve activities such as recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and different departments within the client infrastructure. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial for implementing and maintaining Cisco networks for clients. You will also be installing Cisco networks and should have a sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2 technical guidance in activities related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported tickets - Act as a liaison between clients and departments within the client infrastructure - Implement and maintain Cisco networks for clients - Install Cisco networks - Demonstrate sound knowledge of ITIL best practices around Incident and Request Management procedures Qualifications Required: - Must be a Graduate.
