Lotus notes Asset Management Specialist Advisor

Role Overview: As a Lotus Notes Asset Management Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end asset lifecycle experience in hardware assets. Your main tasks will include creating and updating asset records in the Asset Database, interacting with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant data, performing data reconciliation, generating operational reports, and suggesting improvement ideas. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update asset records in the Asset Database throughout all stages of the asset lifecycle - Interact directly with internal stakeholders to manage hardware asset inventory - Utilize data analysis tools like MS Access and MS Excel - Perform data reconciliation among asset inventory and various other sources - Ensure quality and timely delivery of customer requirements - Generate specific and ad-hoc operational reports - Perform various Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned - Highlight challenges in day-to-day operational work and suggest improvement ideas - Work independently with minimal supervision - Attend regular calls/meetings with operational stakeholders Qualifications Required: - End to End Asset Management Life Cycle Experience in Hardware assets - Experience in HAM processes including IMACS and others - Ability to utilize data analysis tools like MS Access, MS Excel About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
