Lotus notes Asset Management Specialist Advisor

As a Lotus notes Asset Management Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for the end-to-end asset management life cycle of hardware assets. This includes creating and updating asset records in the Asset Database at all stages of the asset lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes such as IMACS and others. - Direct interaction with internal stakeholders to gather relevant data required to manage hardware asset inventory effectively. - Utilization of data analysis tools and techniques like MS Access and MS Excel. - Performing data reconciliation between asset inventory and various other sources. - Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of customer requirements. - Generating specific and ad-hoc operational reports. - Executing various Hardware Asset Management duties as assigned. - Identifying operational challenges and proposing improvement ideas. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Participation in regular calls/meetings with operational stakeholders.
