1.Banking Data center network Monitoring with Tools like SolarWinds, Riverbed and ticketing tool Service Now.
2. Optimize network alerts with identification and segregation of false, non-actionable & actionable alerts.
3. Coordinate with SolarWinds & Riverbed (monitoring tools) team for anomalies, threshold changes, missing devices, reachability issues.
4. Coordinate with tool admins to Ensure Devices, new inductions and De-Inductions included in monitoring tools
5. Maintain missed alerts registry
6. Work as Shift lead to Ensure all L1 team are monitoring as per bank guideline and timely escalations for critical issues.
7. Follow up for Long pending issues in network like link capacity upgradation, consistent high CPU/Memory devices and timely resolution to avoid impact for banking applications.
8. Inventory Validation for All Network devices Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancer, IPS, SSLO, NAC, ISE, WAF, DDOS.
9. Participation in Change management calls.
