Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Architecture, implementation, and management of endpoint security solutions, such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR) & antivirus/anti- malware.
Conduct security incident response and root cause analysis for endpoint-related security breaches.
Develop and maintain endpoint device hardening standards and ensure compliance with security policies.
Drive the IAM / PAM / PIM, including identity lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver), authentication, and authorization.
Deployment and optimization of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and controls (e.g.,CyberArk, iraje, BeyondTrust) to manage privileged accounts and monitor privileged sessions.
Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) for just-in-time and just-enough access,ensuring the principle of least privilege is enforced for administrative roles.
Manage IAM and PAM tools and platforms, and drive integration with other security solutions like SIEM.
Oversee periodic user access reviews and access certification campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience in information security,
Experience with enterprise-grade network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, NAC, IDS/IPS).
Expertise in endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR/XDR such as TrendMicro, Palto-Alto Cortex etc.) and a strong understanding of malware analysis and incident response.
Extensive, hands-on experience with IAM and PAM/PIM tools (e.g., CyberArk, iraje, Beyond Trust).
Relevant professional certifications such as CEH or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., CyberArk,TrendMicro solutions) are highly desirable.
BFSI experience required.
