This role focuses on supporting, deploying, and troubleshooting network and security infrastructures using Cisco technologies. The position requires strong foundational networking knowledge, hands-on experience with multiple Cisco security products, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with basic networking technologies, including LAN switching and routing
Experience with at least two Cisco security products such as ASA, FTD, Firepower, ISE, ESA, WSA, or AnyConnect
Strong understanding of NAT, zoning, VPNs, and identity management
Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
Knowledge of perimeter security design principles
