Network Security Engineer - Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Check Point (Any 2 firewalls) - 4+ Years - Mumbai

- A lot of experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Check Point).

- Worked with modules for creating rules, NAT, VPN (IPSec/SSL), URL filtering, and threat protection.

- Check, approve, and carry out firewall Change Requests (CRs), which might include changes to policies, NAT rules, and ACLs.

- Make sure that changes are made without any downtime and that rollback plans are in place.

- Keep thorough CR logs and let stakeholders know what happened after the installation.

- Find the root problem and put in place lasting remedies.

- Write down the steps you took to fix the problem.

- Help with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) by checking problems at the firewall/security layer.

- Troubleshooting calls are for dealing with difficulties like connection issues, external VA issues, rule dumps, DNS/FQDN resolution, and so on.

- For important problems, open and keep track of cases with OEM manufacturers like Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco ASA, and others.

- Operations based on shifts: assistance around the clock with morning, afternoon, and night shifts

- Make sure that any problems that need to be dealt with are passed on smoothly to the following shift.

Certifications preferred
