Network & Security Engineer

As a skilled Network & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues and recreating them in lab environments like GNS3 and EVE-NG. Your expertise in routing, switching, security, and multi-vendor platforms will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot network issues related to BGP, OSPF, MPLS, switching, and security. - Recreate problems in simulation platforms like GNS3, EVE-NG to analyze and validate solutions. - Document recreated issues, root cause, lab setup, and final resolution. - Utilize SNMP, MIB, and network monitoring tools effectively. - Configure and maintain various vendor devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei. - Support ISP-grade network environments and routing setups. - Implement advanced monitoring and automation protocols like Telemetry, NetConf, RestConf, TR-069. - Collaborate with teams on upgrades, optimization, and network enhancements. Required Skills: - 56 years of networking and security experience. - Proficient in command-line troubleshooting. - In-depth knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and core routing/switching concepts. - Familiarity with multi-vendor network equipment. - Hands-on experience with GNS3/EVE-NG for lab testing and issue simulation. - Knowledge of CCNA/CCNP; CCIE certification would be advantageous. - Previous experience in ISP networks is a plus.
