Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively work with

  routers

  ,

  core switches

  , and

  firewalls

  to ensure optimal network performance.


• Apply a

  thorough understanding

  of

  network operating systems

  ,

  network equipment

  , and

  networking protocols

  (Routing/Switching, Wireless).


• Mitigate

  security vulnerabilities

  by implementing applicable solutions and tools.


• Manage and maintain

  wireless networks

  , specifically

  Cisco wireless solutions

  , including

  Identity Management

  .


• Install, configure, and implement

  network solutions

  , ensuring proper setup and integration.


• Manage and configure

  Palo Alto Firewalls

  , applying industry best practices to ensure network security.


• Experience with

  ForcePoint

  and

  URL filtering solutions

  , ensuring that network access and content filtering is secure and efficient.


• Hands-on experience with

  load balancers

  (specifically

  F5

  ) to ensure high availability and traffic distribution across networks.


• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, utilizing in-depth

  vulnerability management

  ,

  problem analysis

  , and

  troubleshooting

  skills.


• Collaborate with teams and clients to design and deploy

  network solutions

  based on specific business needs.


• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, sharing knowledge on network technologies and solutions.


• Support

  complex network environments

  and contribute to operational excellence within a

  24x7 global operation support

  framework.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in

  routing protocols

  (OSPF, BGP, etc.) and

  switching

  technologies.


• Hands-on experience with

  Palo Alto Firewalls

  and

  ForcePoint/URL filtering

  solutions.


• Proficient in managing and configuring

  Cisco wireless networks

  , including

  Identity Management

  .


• Familiarity with

  load balancers (F5)

  and their deployment in high-availability environments.


• Solid troubleshooting and

  problem analysis

  skills for network-related issues.


• Experience in designing and deploying

  client network solutions

  .


• Ability to work in a fast-paced

  24x7 operational support

  environment.


• Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively with teams across different regions.



• Willingness and ability

  to mentor and train others in network technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

• Certifications such as

  CCNA
